dc.description.abstractPerumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa Cabang Medan. Peneliti melakukan beberapa prosedur untuk menganalisis data yaitu : perhitungan variabel dan pembuktian hipotesis. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan untuk melihat hubungan konpensasi terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa Cabang Medan adalah model korelasi. Penganalisisan data agar lebih terarah, peneliti menggunakan pengolahan data statistik yang umum digunakan dalam penelitian, yaitu dengan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t (signiflkansi) dan koeflsien determinan (i). Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa nilai (Trutung = 22,715 > Ttabei = 2,101) terhadap kualitas kerja pada a= 5 %, oleh karena harga Trutung lebih besar dari harga Ttabel maka hipotesis Nol (Ho) yang diajukan ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya, variabel bebas yang berupa kompensasi mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja pada PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa Cabang Medan. Melalui Indentifikasi determinan (i) variabel independent yaitu kompensasi mampu menjelaskan terhadap variabel kualitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa Cabang Medan sebesar 96,63 % dan sisanya sebesar 3,37% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a positive and significant relationship between compensation and the quality of employee work at PT. Bhanda Ghara Mutual Branch Medan. Researchers carried out several procedures to analyze data, namely: calculating variables and proving hypotheses. The analytical method used to see the relationship between compensation and the quality of employee work at PT. Bhanda Ghara Mutual Branch Medan is a correlation model. To make the data analysis more focused, the researcher used statistical data processing which is commonly used in research, namely hypothesis testing which was carried out using the t-test (significance) and determinant coefficient (i). The results of the data analysis carried out show that the value (Trutung = 22.715 > Ttabei = 2.101) for work quality is a= 5%, because the Trutung price is greater than the Ttable price, the proposed Zero hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the independent variable in the form of compensation has a positive and significant relationship to the quality of work at PT. Bhanda Ghara Mutual Branch Medan. Through the identification of determinants (i) the independent variable, namely compensation, is able to explain the variable quality of employee work at PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa Medan Branch was 96.63% and the remaining 3.37% was explained by other factors not included in this study.en_US
