Abstract: Unjuk kerja merupakan basil kerja yang dihasilkan oleh pegawai atau perilaku nyata yang ditampilkan sesuai dengan peranannya dalam organisasi. Unjuk kerja pegawai merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam usaha organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya, sehingga berbagai kegiatan harus dilakukan organisasi untuk meningkatkannya. Salah satu diantaranya adalah melalui penilaian unjuk kerja. Work performance is the result of work produced by employees or behavior the real things displayed are in accordance with their role in the organization.
