Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk rnengetahui apakah koordinasi kelja sudah terlaksana dengan baik, untuk rnengetahui tingkat efektivitas kelja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang ditirnbulkan oleh pelaksanaan koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kelja. Rurnusan rnasalah dalarn hal ini adalah: Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kelja karyawan pada PT. Pelni Cabang Medan. Penelitian ini rnengarnbil populasi sebanyak 31 orang sekaligus rnenjadi sarnpel.
