dc.description.abstract | Dari analisis dan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, penulis berkesimpulan bahwa: I. Kompensasi yang diberikan pcrusahaan ini sudah mcmbcrikan kcpuasan kepada karyawan dimana karyawan telah terpenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. 2. Sistem kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan dilakukan berdasarkan upah harian dan bulanan. 3. Dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan, perusahaan menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode motivasi positif dan motivasi negatif. Penerapan motivasi positif antara lain denga cara pemberian : a. Penghargaan terhadap pekerjaan. b. Informasi. c. Pemberian perhatian yang tu I us kepada karyawan sebagai seorang individu. d. Persaingan. e. Partisipasi. f. Kebanggaan. g. Uang. 4~ Prestasi ke1ja karyawan tercermin dari tingkat penerimaan perusahaan, dimana f setiap tahunnya belum dapat mencapai secara utuh dari rencana yang ditetapkan. Adapun saran penulis dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Sebaiknya kebijaksanaan kompensasi yang diterapkan perusahaan mt dapat diteruskan dan bila perlu dapat terus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan hidup karyawan agar prestasi dapat tcrus ditingkatkan. 2. Pcrlu bagi pihak manajemcn untuk mcmbcrikan tingkat kompensasi yang berbeda kepada karyawan yang lama (berpengalaman) dengan karyawan baru, agar tercipta rasa dihargai bagi karyawan lama (berpengalaman). 3. Pemberian motivasi secara negatif yaitu dengan penekanan dan cara-cara negatif lainnya supaya berangsur dihilangkan. 4. Tingkat penjualan sedapat mungkin ditingkatkan dengan melakukan penelitian dan memahami sifat alami dari siklus pertumbuhan tanaman komoditi perusahaan. 5. Pihak manajemen penting unuk memberikan pengertian mendalam kepada karyawan agar mereka dapat memahami dan menyelaraskan kepentingan karyawan dengan kepentingan perusahaan. From the analysis and evaluation that has been carried out, the author concludes that: I. The compensation provided by this company has provided satisfaction to employees where the employees have had their living needs met. 2. The compensation system provided by the company to employees is implemented based on daily and monthly wages. 3. In improving employee work performance, companies use two methods, namely positive motivation and negative motivation methods. Application of motivation Positive means include: a. Appreciation for work. b. Information. c. Giving direct attention to employees as individuals. d. Competition. e. Participation. f. Pride. g. Money. 4~ Employee performance is reflected in the company's level of acceptance, where f every year we have not been able to fully achieve the plan set. The author's suggestions from this research are as follows: 1. It is better if the compensation policy implemented by the MT company can be continued and if necessary can continue to be adjusted to suit life's needs employees so that performance can continue to be improved. 2. It is necessary for management to determine the appropriate level of compensation different between old (experienced) employees and new employees, to create a sense of appreciation for old (experienced) employees. 3. Providing negative motivation, namely through emphasis and methods other negatives so that they are gradually eliminated. 4. Sales levels should be increased wherever possible by conducting research and understand the nature of the growth cycle of commodity crops company. 5. It is important for management to provide in-depth understanding to employees so they can understand and align interests employees with company interests. | en_US |
