Abstract: | Setelah mengadakan penelitian mengenai pemberian motivasi dan pengauruhnya terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara ll (Persero) Tanjung Morawa, maka penulis dapat mengambil kesimpulan anura lain I. Kebijaksanaan pemberian motivasi terhadap karyawan telah dilakukan dengan konsisten dan efektif, sehingga cukup mampu memberi dorongan dan rangsangan kepada karyawan untuk bekerja lebih efe.tif dan etisien. Dan loyalitas karyawan semakin tinggi terhadap perusahaan. Demikian pula rasa tanggung jawab mereka terbadap pekerjaan yang dibebankan kepadanya. 2. Pemberian motivasi yang dilaksanakan perusahan ini antara lain Uaji tetap, bonus, sarana sos ial, tunjangan Hari raya, fasil itas rumah sakit, cuti. karir, lingkungan kerja yang aman, teguran dan PHK yang sesuai denga.n ketentuan-ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku . 3. Perusahaan telah memberikan beberapa kebutuhan, mulai kebutuhan yang paling kecil sampai dengan kebutuhan yang paling tinggi. Dan pemberian motivasi menggunakan motivasi positif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. 4. Dalam melaksanakan pemberian motivasi, pirnpinan tetap berpandangan bahwa motivasi merupakan suatu saran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan dan alat untuk mencapai tujuan. 5. Secara umum pemberian motivasi yang bersifat material di sesuaikan dengan berat beban kerja yang dipikul karyawan, dengan kata lain pemberian motivasi sesusai dengan kondisi kerja yang dibebankan. After conducting research regarding providing motivation and its influence on employee work productivity at PT. Nusantara Plantation ll (Persero) Tanjung Morawa, then the author can draw other conclusions 1. The policy of providing motivation to employees has been implemented consistently and effectively, so that it is sufficient to provide encouragement and stimulation of employees to work more effectively and ethically. And employee loyalty towards the company is increasing. Likewise, their sense of responsibility for the work assigned to them. 2. The motivation provided by this company includes Tests permanent, bonuses, social facilities, holiday allowances, hospital facilities, leave. career, safe work environment, warnings and layoffs in accordance with provisions of applicable laws and regulations. 3. The company has provided several needs, starting with those needs smallest to highest needs. And giving motivation uses positive motivation that aims to increase work productivity. 4. In carrying out motivation, the leadership remains focused that motivation is the right suggestion to improve employee work productivity and tools to achieve goals. 5. In general, providing material motivation is adjusted with the heavy workload carried by employees, in other words providing motivation in accordance with the working conditions imposed. |
