dc.description.abstract | Adapun kesimpulan Penulis adalah sebagai berikut : Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang distributor semen 1. Gaya kepemimpinan yang dipakai perusahaan ini dalam menjalankan tugasnya masih ditemukan bersifirt Otokratis dimana ia mempunyai wewenang yang sesuka hatinya mengambil keputusan untuk mengangkat dan memberhentikan karyawan yang ada diperusahaaan yang dipimpinnya 3. Dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan, perusahaan ini menggunakan 2 earn yaitu :- menggunak.an mctode motivasi positif dan metode motivasi negatif. 4. Dalam pemberian penghargaan sebagai upaya pengangkatan motivasi belum ditetapkan dengart baik dimana tidak dilakukan secara kontiniu. The work environment applied in this company is still. haven't given yet employee work productivity. 2. The leadership style used by this company in running his duties are still found to be autocratic in nature where he has them authority who at will makes decisions to appoint and dismiss existing employees in the company he leads 3. In increasing employee work productivity, this company using 2 earnings, namely:- using positive motivation methods and negative motivation methods. 4.
