dc.description.abstract | Pendelegasian wewenang I tugas dalam suatu perusahaan dianggap perlu dengan tujuan agar setiap pennasalahan yang timbul bisa dengan sesegera mungkin diselesaikan sehingga mampu mendukung sales I penjualan dan juga untuk mencapai semua visi dan misi yang telah diterima oleh seorang Manager I pimpinan PT. Jangkar Delta Indonesia di Region I Sumatera yang berpusat di Medan bisa tercapai. Dengan adanya Pendelegasian Wewenang yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan perusahaan PT. Jangkar Delta Indonesia kepada karyawan I staff yang dianggap mampu dalam mengemban wewenang tersebut, dalam hal ini pimpinan juga selektif dalam pemberian wewenang tersebut sehingga tidak menjadi polemik dan bisa menimbulkan pemikiran yang negative bagi penerima wewenang tersebut . Dalam hal ini wewenang yang diberikan oleh pimpinan PT. Jangkar Delta Indonesia kepada staff I karyawan yang bersangkutan harus bisa dipertanggung jawabkan baik secara lisan dan tertulis dengan melampirkan bukti - bukti pendukung sehingga keakurantan basil dari wewenang yang telah diberikan . Hal ini dianggap perlu guna menghindari penilaian dan pemikiran yang negative dari penerima wewenang tersebut. Delegation of authority and duties within a company is deemed necessary with the aim that any problems that arise can be resolved as quickly as possible so as to be able to support sales and also to achieve all the visions and missions that have been accepted by a Manager I at the head of PT. The anchor of the Indonesian Delta in Region I Sumatra, which is centered in Medan, can be achieved. With the Delegation of Authority implemented by the company leadership of PT. Delta Indonesia anchors employees I staff who are deemed capable of carrying out this authority, in this case the leadership is also selective in granting this authority so that it does not become a polemic and can give rise to negative thoughts for the recipient of this authority. In this case the authority given by the leadership of PT. Delta Indonesia's commitment to staff I employees concerned must be accountable both verbally and in writing by attaching supporting evidence so that the results of the authority that has been given are accurate.
