dc.description.abstract | Produktivitas kerja merupakan suatu kemampuan dari karyawan untuk dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan sebaik-baiknya sesuai standar yang telab disiapkan dan waktu yang telab diberikan kepadanya. Upab sangat penting bagi karyawan, karena besar kecilnya upab dapat mempengarubi produktivitas kerja karyawan. Apabila Upab diberikan secara benar dan tepat maka akan memberikan kepuasan dalam bekerja dan akan termotivasi untuk mewujudkan tujuan perusabaan. Kebijaksanaan pemberian Jaminan Sosial disuatu perusabaan adalab salah satu kebijaksanaan dibidang personalia, memelibara bubungan baik atau memberikan kepuasan kerja kepada karyawannya sebingga produktivitasnya meningkat. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalab regresi linear berganda dengan rumus Y = a+b 1X1+b2X2. Maka basil analisis data yang diperoleb sebesar Y = -9269,580 + 238,642X1 + 0,039X2• Koefisien determinasi ( R2 ) dari hasil data yang diperoleb sebesar 0,831 atau 83% yang berarti variabel Upab dan Jaminan Sosial mempengarubi Produktivitas dan selebihnya dipengarubi faktor lain. Dan basil uji biotesis dapat disimpulkan babwa adanya pengarub positif dan signifikan antara variabel Upab dan Jaminan Sosial terhadap Produktivitas pada PT. Karya Murni Perkasa Medan. Work productivity is an employee's ability to achieve complete the task as well as possible according to the standards that have been prepared and the time that has been given to him. Upab is very important for employees, because the size of the upab can influence employee work productivity. If Upab is given correctly and appropriately it will provide satisfaction at work and will be motivated to realize company goals. The policy of providing Social Security in a company is one wisdom in the field of personnel, maintaining good relationships or providing job satisfaction for employees so that their productivity increases. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the formula Y = a+b 1X1+b2X2. So the result of the data analysis obtained is Y = -9269.580 + 238.642X1 + 0.039X2• Coefficient of determination (R2 ) from the data obtained is 0.831 or 83%, which means the Upab and Guarantee variables Social influences productivity and the rest is influenced by other factors. And The results of the biothesis test can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect between Upab and Social Security variables on Productivity at PT.
