dc.description.abstract | Di dalam menjalankan aktifitas kerja di perusahaan selalu ada insentif yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan yang memiliki prestasi kerja melebihi standart kerja yang diinginkan perusahaan. Dengan adanya insentif yang diberikan perusahaan karyawan akan lebih kreatif, dinamis, dan berlomba-Iomba untuk mencapai hasil kerja yang optimal. Dalam penyusunan skripsi mt, penulis melakukan penelitian untuk memperoleh data dan informasi yang ada kaitannya dengan judul skripsi yang penulis ajukan. Data tersebut penulis dapatkan melalui data perusahaan, data perpustakaan dan literatur-literatur. Teknik pengambilan data penulis lakukan melalui wawancara (interview) dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada PT.BARATA INDONESIA UNIT USAHA MANDIRI MEDAN maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari hasil perhitungan data dan analisis hipotesis menyatakan bahwa pengaruh atau hubungan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan sangat besar, karena insentif yang diberikan perusahaan sudah memberikan kepuasan kepada karyawan dimana karyawan telah terpenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. When carrying out work activities in a company there are always incentives given by the company to employees who have superior work performance work standards desired by the company. With the incentives provided company employees will be more creative, dynamic, and compete to achieve optimal work results. In preparing the MT thesis, the author conducted research to obtain data and information related to the title of the author's thesis submit. The author obtained this data through company data and library data and literature. The author's data collection technique was carried out through interviews (interview) and document study. Based on the results of research at PT.BARATA INDONESIA UNIT BUSINESS MANDIRI MEDAN it can be concluded that from the calculation results data and hypothesis analysis states that the influence or relationship of incentives on employee performance is very large, because of the incentives provided by the company has provided satisfaction to employees where employees have been fulfilled his living needs. | en_US |
