dc.description.abstractArtikel ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan harga satuan pekerjaan antara metode aktual dengan metode AHSP 2016. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui laporan harian proyek, gambar kerja, hasil pekerjaan, data koefisien AHSP 2016 dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Salah satu hunian modern di Sumatera Utara yaitu Apartemen Princeton memiliki 20 lantai yang pekerjaan strukturnya sangat kompleks. Penelitian ini bersifat studi kasus, dimana penelitian ini membandingkan analisa harga satuan pekerjaan pada proyek Apartemen Princeton secara aktual dengan metode AHSP 2016 khususnya upah kerja pekerjaan pembekistingan, pembesian, dan pembetonan pada balok dan plat lantai. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan pada Apartemen Princeton dengan menggunakan metode aktual didapat rasio hasil pembekistingan lebih tinggi dari AHSP 2016 yaitu 2,32%, pembesian lebih rendah dari AHSP 2016 yaitu 2,76%, dan pembetonan lebih rendah dari AHSP 2016 yaitu 17,11%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode AHSP memiliki nilai harga satuan yang lebih besar dari metode aktual. This article aims to compare the unit prices of work between the actual method and the 2016 AHSP method. Data is collected through daily project reports, as build drawing, job results, AHSP 2016 coefficient data, and analyzed qualitatively. One of the modern residential buildings in North Sumatra is the Princeton Apartment, which has 20 floors and a highly complex structural design. This research is a case study that compares the analysis of unit price for construction work in the actual Princeton Apartment project with the AHSP 2016 method, specifically focusing on the labor costs for formwork, reinforcement, and concreting in beams and floor slabs. Based on the calculations carried out in the Princeton apartment using the actual method, the formwork ratio is found to be higher than AHSP 2016, which is 2.32%, the reinforcement is lower than AHSP 2016, which is 2.76%, and the concrete work is lower than AHSP 2016, which is 17.11%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the AHSP method has a higher unit price value compared to the actual method.en_US
