Abstract: Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman holtikultura yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat sebagai campuran masak setelah cabai. Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) are one of the horticultural crop commodities that are widely consumed by the public as a cooking mixture after chili. Apart from being a mixture of cooking spices, shallots are also sold in processed forms such as shallot extract, powder, fried shallots, as medicinal ingredients to lower cholesterol and blood sugar, prevent blood pooling, lower blood pressure and improve blood flow, one of which is by administering PGPR fertilizer. and Bovine Biourine. This research method uses a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors with 16 treatment combinations and 2 replications. The factors studied were the first factor of PGPR fertilizer treatment consisting of 4 levels. P0 = control, P1 = 10 ml/liter, P2 = 20 ml/liter, P3 = 30 ml/liter. The second factor of Cow Biourine consists of 4 levels, namely U0 = control, U1 = 20 ml/liter, U2 = 30 ml/liter, U3 = 40 ml/liter. The parameters observed in this research were plant height, number of leaves, biomass weight, number of tubers, wet weight and dry weight. The results of this study showed that PGPR administration had no significant effect on biomass weight per sample plant, biomass weight per plot, number of tubers per sample plant, number of tubers per plot, wet weight of tubers per sample plant, wet weight of tubers per plot, dry weight of tubers per sample plants and dry weight of tubers per plot. But it has a real effect on plant height and number of leaves of shallot plants. Giving cow Biourine concentration had no significant effect on plant height, biomass weight per sample plant, biomass weight per plot, number of tubers per sample plant, number of tubers per plot, wet weight per sample plant, wet weight per plot, dry weight of tubers per sample plant. and dry weight per plot. But it has a real effect on the number of leaves of shallot plants. The combination of PGPR and cow biourine concentration had no significant effect on all observed parameters of shallot plant growth.
