Abstract: Untuk Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Wilayah IX ( Sumatera Utara dan Aceh), Untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Wilayah IX ( Sumatera Utara dan Aceh), Adapun Penarikan sampel yang dilakukan penulis adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive Sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Sehingga data yang diperoleh lebih representatif dengan melakukan proses penelitian yang kompeten dibidangnya, yaitu siapa saja yang sesuai dengan berwenang memberikan informasi yang berhubungan dengan penelitian -yang peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, bila dipandang orang yang kebetulan ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data. Koefisien regresi Lingkungan Kerja (X) sebesar 0,574 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan (karena tanda positif) 1 point Lingkungan Kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Pada Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Wilayah IX Sumatera Utara dan Aceh sebesar 0,574. Dimana pada penelitian ini temyata variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X), yang merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Wilayah IX Sumatera Utara dan Aceh. Jadi Koefisien regresi yang bertanda positif ( +) menandakan arah hubungan yang searah, sedangkan apabila koefisien regresi bertanda negatif (- ) menunjukkan arah hubungan yang berbanding terbalik antara variable independen (X) dengan variabel dependent (Y). Hasil analisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai pada Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Wilayah IX Sumatera Utara dan Aceh seperti yang dapat dilihat pada di atas menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi (R) = 0 , 609. Hal ini berarti lingkungan kerja sangat berhubungan erat dengan kinerja kerja pegawai karena nilai R = 0 , 609 mendekati 1. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R-square) yang digunakan untuk mengetahui persentase pengaruh variabel independen (X) terhadap variabel dependen (Y) sebesar 0.371. To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance Bank Indonesia Representative Office Region IX (North Sumatra and Aceh), To find out whether the work environment has a significant influence on the performance of Bank Indonesia Region IX Representative Office employees ( North Sumatra and Aceh), the sample collection was carried out by the author is to use a purposive sampling technique, namely a determination technique samples with certain considerations. So that the data obtained is more representative by carrying out a competent research process in their field, namely anyone who is appropriately authorized to provide the information related to the research -which the researcher can use as a sample, if it is considered that the person you meet by chance is suitable as a data source. The Work Environment regression coefficient (X) of 0.574 states that each addition (because of the positive sign) 1 point Work Environment will improve employee performance at Regional Bank Indonesia Representative Offices IX North Sumatra and Aceh was 0.574. Where in this research it turns out that the Work Environment variable (X), which is is the variable that most influences Pada's employee performance Bank Indonesia Representative Office Region IX North Sumatra and Aceh. So A regression coefficient with a positive sign (+) indicates the direction of the relationship in the same direction, whereas if the regression coefficient is negative (-) it shows the direction of the inverse relationship between the independent variable (X) and dependent variable (Y). The results of the analysis of the influence of the work environment on employee work performance at the Bank Indonesia Region IX Representative Office North Sumatra and Aceh as can be seen in the above shows that the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.609. This means the work environment is very is closely related to employee work performance because the R value = 0.609 approaching 1. The coefficient of determination (R-square) value used for find out the percentage of influence of the independent variable (X) on the variable dependent (Y) is 0.371.
