dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empms tentang Hubungan Interpersonal dan Llngkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Carrefour Plaza Medan Fair Medan. Sehubungan dengan tujuan penelitian, populasi variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. Carrefour Indonesia Plaza Medan Fair selama masa penelitian yaitu sebanyak 164 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 41 responden. Penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah asosiatif pada PT. Carrefour Indonesia Plaza Medan Fair dengan perkiraan waktu penelitian dari Januari 2012 sampai dengan Maret 2012. Data yang digunakan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian adalah data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari data primer melalui penyebaran angket. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan daftar pertanyaan yang kemudian akan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan program komputer statistic produc and service solution (SPSS.15). Berdasarkan penelitian yang peneliti lakukan maka kesimpulan ini adalah bah.wa hubungan interpersonal dan lingkungan kerja baik secara simultan mappun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Carrefour Plaza Medan Fair Medan terbukti benar. The aim of this research is to obtain empms evidence about Interpersonal Relations and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction Employees at PT. Carrefour Plaza Medan Fair Medan. In connection with research objectives, the variable population in this study is the entire population employees at PT. Carrefour Indonesia Plaza Medan Fair during the research period namely 164 people with a sample of 41 respondents. The research carried out by researchers was associative at PT. Carrefour Indonesia Plaza Medan Fair with estimated research time from January 2012 to March 2012. Data used by researchers in conducting research is quantitative data sourced from primary data through distributing questionnaires. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and a list of questions which will then be analyzed with simple regression analysis with the help of a statistical product computer program and service solutions (SPSS.15). Based on research conducted by researchers, this conclusion is: that interpersonal relationships and the work environment are good simultaneously Even partial influence on employee job satisfaction at PT.
