Abstract: | Pasar adalah membangun dan mempertahankan relasi atau hubungan dengan pelanggannya. Sebuah hubungan pemasaran mencakup hal penciptaan, pemeliharaan dan pemerkayaan hubungan untuk jangka panjang dengan pelanggan maupun pihak - pihak berkepentingan lainnya. Untuk keperluan itu, dibutuhkan komunikasi pemasaran. untuk mengkomunikasikan kebaikan produknya dan membujuk para pelanggan dan konsumen sasaran untuk membeli produk tersebut. The market is building and maintaining relationships or connections with his customers. A marketing relationship includes creating, maintenance and enrichment of relationships for the long term with customers and other interested parties. For that purpose, marketing communications are needed. to communicate kindness products and persuade target customers and consumers to buy that product. |
