dc.description.abstract | Sistem Penilaian Prestasi Kerja pada suatu Perusahaan / Organisasi sangat penting dilakukan guna mendukung keberhasilan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Sedangkan Produktivitas itu merupakan tolak ukur pencapaian hasil usaha dengan membandingkan nilai hasil yang dicapai dan nilai semua bahan dan upaya yang digunakan untuk mencapai hasil tersebut. Nilai hasil yang dicapai disebut luaran atau output sedangkan nilai yang digunakan dinamakan masukan atau input. Dalam rangka pencapai sasaran dan tujuan suatu Perusahaan I Organisasi diperlukan manajemen kinerja yang baik dengan melakukan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan dan kinerja individu, karena kinerja perusahaan merupakan tingkat pencapaian hasil dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan dala:n waktu tertentu dan dipengaruhi oleh 3 faktor yaitu 1. Dukungan organisasi 2. Kemampuan Manajemen dan 3. Kinerja setiap orang yang bekerja diperusahaan tersebut. The Job Performance Appraisal System in a Company /Organization is very important carried out to support the company's success in increasing its productivity. Meanwhile, productivity is a benchmark for achieving business results by comparing the value of the results achieved and the value of all materials and efforts used to achieve these results. The resulting value achieved is called output or output while the value used is called input. In order to achieve the goals and objectives of a Company I Organization, good performance management is needed by improving company performance and individual performance, because company performance is the level of achievement of results in order to realize company goals within a certain time and is influenced by 3 factors, namely 1 Organizational support 2.
