Abstract: | Kualitas sumberdaya manusia ditentukan oleh sejauh mana system di bidang sumberdaya manusia ini sanggup menunjang dan memuaskan keinginan karyawan maupun perusahaan. Peningkatan pengetahuan, skill, perubahan sikap, perilaku, koreksi terhadap kekurangan-kekurangan kinerja dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas melelui pelatihan dan motivasi dari pimpinan atau perusahaan. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah :"apakah pelatihan berpengaruh tehadap kinerja karyawan PT. Astra Intemasional, Tbk Toyota Sales Operation (AUTO 2000) Medan?". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh penerapan pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai Koefisien determinasi (R2 ) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,829.Angkatersebut menujukkan bahwa sebesar 82,9% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variable pelatihan ( variable indevenden). Proporsi dari nilai ini dapat dikatakan kuat.Sisanya sebesar 17, 1 % dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.Jika hasil perhitungan di atas dibandingkan maka diperoleh rhitung berada di interval koefisien 0,80 - 1,000 dengan tingkat hubungan sangat kuat. The quality of human resources is determined by the extent to which the system is developed This field of human resources is able to support and satisfy desires employees and companies. Increased knowledge, skills, changes in attitudes, behavior, correction of performance deficiencies is needed to improve performance and productivity through training and motivation leader or company. The problem discussed in this research is: "whether training influence on the performance of PT employees. Astra International, Tbk Toyota Sales Operation (AUTO 2000) Medan?". The research results show that the effect of implementing training employees influence employee performance both partially and partially simultaneous. Coefficient of determination value (R2 ) obtained amounted to 0.829. This figure shows that 82.9% of employee performance can be achieved explained by the training variable (independent variable). The proportion of this value can be said to be strong. The remaining 17.1% is influenced by other factors which is not explained in this study. If the calculation results above compared, it is obtained that the rcount is in the coefficient interval 0.80 - 1.000 with a very strong level of relationship. |
