Abstract: Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi rumusan masalah adalah apakah ada hubungan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai dalam pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Pirngadi Medan. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini Wltuk mengetahui apakah ada hubWlgan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Pirngadi Medan. AdapWl teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sementara teknik analisa data menggWlakan Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menWljukkan semakin baik disiplin kerja dilakukan maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, hal ini didasarkan karena nilai r hitung sebesar 0,6048, bila dibandingkan nilai r tabel sebesar 0, 148. Sedangkan dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 9,755, sedangkan dari t tabel diperoleh sebesar 1,960 maka dengan demikian terdapat hubWlgan yang kuat antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. AdapWl besarnya peresentase pengaruh penerapan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 36,58% sementara sisanya 64,42% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. So the aim of this research is to find out Is there a relationship between work discipline and employee performance in hospitals? General Dr. Pirngadi Medan. The data collection technique is carried out using distributing questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Meanwhile, analysis techniques data using Product Moment Correlation. The research results show that the better work discipline is carried out it will further improve employee performance, this is based on The calculated r value is 0.6048, when compared to the table r value of 0.148. Meanwhile, in hypothesis testing a significance level of 5% was obtained The calculated t value is 9.755, while from the t table it is obtained that it is 1.960 Thus there is a strong relationship between work discipline and performance employee. The percentage influence of the application of work discipline is large on employee work productivity was 36.58% while the remainder 64.42% is influenced by other factors.
