This research aimed to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and job hopping intentions among employees at Vizta Gym Medan. The method used in this research was quantitative correlational. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a population of 101 employees. The data collection instrument used a Likert scale compiled from job satisfaction and job hopping intentions. This research hypothesized a negative relationship between job satisfaction and job hopping intentions. The results of data analysis obtained a value of -0.733 and the determinant coefficient (r²) = 0.537 with p = 0.000. This meant that job satisfaction had a distribution of 53.7% of job hopping intentions. The job satisfaction variable obtained a hypothetical mean of 75 and an empirical mean of - 86.33 and a standard deviation of 14,041, which was in the medium category, and the job hopping intention variable obtained a hypothetical mean of 57 and an empirical mean of 67.53 and a standard deviation of 9,737, so it was known that the job-hopping intention variable in the high category. Thus, the hypothesis was accepted.
