dc.description.abstract | Jalan merupakan sarana transportasi darat yang meliputi segala bagian jalan, termasuk bangunan pelengkap dan perlengkapannya yang diperuntukkan bagi lalu lintas, yang berada pada permukaan tanah, diatas permukaan tanah, dibawah permukaan tanah dan atau air, serta diatas permukaan air, kecuali jalan kereta api, jalan lori dan jalan kabel (UU No. 38 Tahun 2004). Menurut Departemen Pekerjaan Umum (2007), Kerusakan jalan disebabkan oleh empat hal utama,yakni material konstruksi, lalu lintas, iklim dan air. Salah satu yang berpengaruh terhadap kerusakan jalan adalah kondisi lalu lintas, semakin banyak lalu lintas yang melintas semakin banyak beban yang melalui jalan tersebut.jalan cemara banyak di lalui kendaraan beratmaupun kendaraan ringan hal ini dapat menyebabkan kerusakan jalan salah satunya adalah berkurang kemampuan struktur perkerasan jalan dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebanding dengan bertambahnya umur perkerasan dan bertambahnya beban lalu lintas yang di pikul dari kondisi awal apalagi dengan adanya kendaraan dengan beban berlebih terhadap lapisan perkerasan. A road is a means of land transportation which includes all parts of the road, including complementary buildings and equipment intended for traffic, which are on the ground surface, above the ground surface, below the ground and/or water surface, as well as above the water surface, except for railways, roads lorries and cable roads (Law No. 38 of 2004). According to the Department of Public Works (2007), road damage is caused by four main things, namely construction materials, traffic, climate and water. One of the things that influences road damage is traffic conditions, the more traffic that passes, the more load there is on the road. Pine roads are heavily trafficked by heavy vehicles and light vehicles. This can cause road damage, one of which is reducing the ability of the road pavement structure in carrying out its function in proportion to the increasing age of the pavement and the increasing traffic load carried from the initial condition, especially in the presence of vehicles with excessive loads on the pavement layer. | en_US |
