This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and Psychological welfare of police officers at the Coal Police Station. The approach in this study uses a correlational quantitative approach. The subject of this study was a police officer with a research sample of 100 police officers. The data collection method of this study uses accidental sampling. Data Analysis Method with R Product Moment. This study uses the scale of social support and a scale of psychological well -being. Data collection uses a Likert scale for social support with psychological welfare. This research hypothesis is a positive relationship between social support and psychological well -being to members of the Coal Police Station. Based on the results of data analysis conducted, Calculation in R product Moment correlation analysis with the coefficient value of 𝑟𝑥𝑦 = 0.575 and the determinant coefficient (𝑟2) = 0.331 with p = 0,000. This shows that social support is distributed by 33.1% of psychological welfare. Furthermore, it is seen from the calculation of hypothetical mean = 50 and empirical mean = 39.55 and a standard deviation of 7.28 it is known that social support is known to be low. Likewise with psychological well -being with the calculation of hypothetical mean = 90 and the mean empiric = 72.82 with standard deviation = 12.85 that psychological welfare in the low category. Thus the hypothesis is accepted.en_US
