dc.description.abstract | Kesimpulan 1. Berdasarkan hipotesis yang penulis kemukakan bahwa koefisien korelasi 0,636 menunjukan ada hubungan yang kuat kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan 2. Nilai t-hitung > t- table yaitu 4,358 >2,048 maka hipotesis diterima, jadi ada hubungan yang kuat antara kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Harian Umum Medan Pos Medan. 3. Kompensasi mempunyai hubungan yang kuat sebasar 40,45% terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan sisanya sebesar 59,55% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini. Conclusion 1. Based on the hypothesis that the author put forward that The correlation coefficient of 0.636 shows that there is a relationship strong compensation on employee work productivity 2. The t-count > t-table value is 4.358 > 2.048, so it is hypothesis received, so there is a strong relationship between compensation on employee work productivity at the General Daily Medan Post Medan. 3.
