dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh teladan pemimpin, sanksi dan pengawasan terhadap kedisiplinan kerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Langkat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan clan dilaksanakan pada 68 pegawai Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Langkat. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS Versi 19. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah random sampling dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikBn hipotesis penelitiBn digunakan uji parsial (uji-t) dim uji simultan (uji-f). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diakukan peneliti dalam hal ini peneliti nilai dari. menemukan bahwasanya nilai regresi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar Y= 7,955 + 0,023Xi + 0,377X2 + 0,0271X3 yang artinya bila tidak ada variabel teladan pemimpin, sanksi dan pengawasan maka kedisiplinan kerja pegawai adalah 7,955. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil teladan pimpinan, sanksi dan pengawasan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kedisiplinan pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Langkat. Faktor yang paling dominan yang sangat mempengaruhi kedisiplinan kerja pegawai yaitu faktor sanksi. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of role models leaders, sanctions and supervision of employee work discipline in Langkat Regency Regional Secretariat. Data collection is carried out through Distribution of questionnaires and clans was carried out to 68 employees of the Secretariat Office Langkat Regency Area. Data analysis in this research uses SPSS Version 19 assistance. The sampling technique used was random sampling and data testing techniques used in this research include tests validity, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the researcher's hypothesis. Based on data analysis, the results of leadership examples, sanctions and Partial and simultaneous supervision has a positive effect on discipline employee at the Langkat Regency Regional Secretariat.
