dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Bakso Urat Ads (Asli daging sapi) Jalan Setia Budi No 186 Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan yang rnakan diBakso Urat Ads (Asli daging sapi) yang telah ditetapkan dengan jumlah 350 pelanggan selama masa penelitian. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan harga yang rendah dengan manfaat yang sama maka pelanggan akan merasa puas. Sehingga kualitas pelayanan dan harga mempunyai peran penting dalam kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian R2 sebesar 0,544 berarti 54,4 % variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan variabel harga (X2). Dan sisanya 45,6 % dapat dijelaskan oleh-oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dalarn penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Bakso Urat Ads (Asli daging sapi) Jalan Setia Budi No 186 Medan. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Service Quality and Price influence Customer Satisfaction with Bakso Urat Ads (Original beef) Jalan Setia Budi No 186 Medan. The population in this study is customers who eat at Bakso Urat Ads (Original beef) who have set at 350 customers during the research period. Good quality service and low prices with great benefits the same, the customer will feel satisfied. So the quality of service and price has an important role in customer satisfaction. The research result of R2 is 0.544, meaning 54.4% of the satisfaction variable customers (Y) can be explained by service quality variables (X1) and variables price (X2). And the remaining 45.6% can be explained by other factors that are not researched by this research. The conclusion in this research is service quality and price influence on customer satisfaction with Bakso Urat Ads (Original meat cow) Jalan Setia Budi No 186 Medan. | en_US |
