Hipotesis diajukan : Terdapat peranan pengawasan manejer operasional dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan Buku Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) pada PT Obor Sewu Mandiri Cabang Medan The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a role supervision of operational managers in increasing book sales volume Student Worksheets (LKS) at PT Obor Sewu Mandiri Medan Branch?
