Abstract: | Balai Latihan Kerja lndustri Medan adalah suatu lembaga pendidikan yang merupakan unit pelaksana teknis di bidang latihan kerja di daerah yang kedudukannya berada dan bertanggungjawab kepada Kepala Kantor Wilayah Departemen Tenaga Kerja Propinsi Sumatera Utara dan secara teknis fungsional mendapat bimbingan atau pengarahan dari Direktorat Jenderal Pembinaan pan Pelatihan serta Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Departemen Tenaga Kerja didalam melaksanakan operasionalnya.
