Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui disiplin sebagai salah satu faktor dalam meningkatkan produktivitas didalam kantor Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Karo. Untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan merupakan sebagai sebuah pendorong semangat kerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Karo. Untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pada kantor Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Karo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di kantor Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Karo yang berjumlah 77 orang, jadi pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah dengan mengambil seluruh karyaawan yang ada di kantor Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Karo yang berjwnlah 77 orang, yaitu seluruh populasi menjadi sampel yang disebut sampel jenuh. Sedangkan teknik pengwnpulan data menggunakan primer berupa pengamatan/observasi dan menyebarkan angket pada responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian serta data sekunder dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan untuk mendapatkan data-data yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah Korelasi Product Karl Pearson. Dari perhitungan rxy hitung (0,41 > 0,3 8) rxy table. Ini berarti ada pengaruh positif antara peraturan disiplin organisasi yang diterapkan dalam kantor terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo, dan Ho ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terhadat pengaruh positif antara disiplin organisasi yang diterapkan dalam perusahaan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Karo dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan perhitungan didapat nilai t hitung > t table yaitu 4,271 >2,000 maka Ho ditolak, jadi adanya pengaruh positif antara disiplin organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Karo. This research aims to determine discipline as a factor in increasing productivity within the Karo Regency Forestry Service office. To find out discipline is a driver of employee morale at the Karo Regency Forestry Service Office. To find out how discipline influences job satisfaction at the Karo Regency Forestry Service office. The population in this study was all employees at the Karo Regency Forestry Service office, totaling 77 people, so the sampling carried out by the author was by taking all employees at the Karo Regency Forestry Service office. There are 77 people, that is, the entire population becomes a sample which is called a saturated sample. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use primary in the form of observations and distributing questionnaires to respondents who are used as research samples as well as secondary data by conducting literature studies to obtain data related to the research problem. Analysis techniques used is the Karl Pearson Product Correlation. From the rxy calculation calculate (0.41 > 0.3 8) rxy table. This means that there is a positive influence between organizational discipline regulations implemented in the office on employee performance at the Karo District Education Office, and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the organizational discipline applied in the company on the performance of employees at the Karo Regency Forestry Service office in the medium category. Based on the calculations, the calculated t value > t table is 4.271 > 2,000, so Ho is rejected, so there is a positive influence between organizational discipline on employee performance at the Karo Regency Forestry Service office. |
