dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan administrasi yang terdiri dari Kartu Keluarga (KK), Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), dan Pengantar Akta Kelahiran terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Menggunakan Layanan Di Kantor Lurah Tanjung Mulia Hilir Kecamatan Medan Deli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang membuat Kartu Keluarga (KK), Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) dan Pengantar Akta Kelahiran di Kantor Lurah Tanjung Mulia Hilir Kecamatan Medan Deli selama I bulan penelitian. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sampling /nsidental, berdasarkan ha! tersebut peneliti menyebarkan kuisioner setiap 1 hari sebanyak 5 orang. Jadi jumlah sampel selama 1 bulan sebanyak 100 orang responden tidak terhitung hari sabtu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah menggunakan uji statistik menggunakan model regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS for windows 17.00. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pelayanan administrasi yang terdiri dari Kartu Keluarga (KK), Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), dan Pengantar Akta Kelahiran berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Menggunakan Layanan Di Kantor Lurah Tanjung Mulia Hilir Kecamatan Medan Deli. Hal ini disebabkan administrasi pelayanan yang diberikan di Kantor Lurah merupakan potret dari pelayanan umum suatu daerah. Variasi naik turunnya kepuasan masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh sistem administrasi pelayanan kerja. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variasi faktor lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service administration consisting of Family Card (KK), Resident Identity Card (KTP), and Introduction to Birth Certificates towards community satisfaction Using Services at the Tanjung Mulia Hilir District Head Office Medan Deli. This type of research is quantitative associative. Population in This research is about people who make Family Cards (KK), Cards Resident Identity Card (KTP) and Introduction to Birth Certificate at the Village Head's Office Tanjung Mulia Hilir, Medan Deli District during the first month of research. Method The sample used in this research is sampling /incidental, based on ha! The researcher distributes questionnaires every 1 5 people a day. So the number of samples for 1 month is 100 people respondents did not count on Saturday. Data collection techniques use questionnaire. The analysis technique used is statistical tests using a simple linear regression model with the help of SPSS for windows 17.00. The research results showed that service administration consisting of Family Card (KK), Resident Identity Card (KTP), and Introduction to Birth Certificates have a positive effect on satisfaction people use services at the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village Head Office Medan Deli District. This is due to poor service administration given at the Lurah's Office is a portrait of a public service area. Variations in the ups and downs of people's satisfaction are influenced by the system work service administration. The rest is influenced by variations in other factors not mentioned in the study. | en_US |
