dc.description.abstract | PT. Ganda Saribu Utama Medan adalah merupakan suatu badan usaha yang bergerak dibidang Industri yang terletak di Jalan Raya Medan-Binjai Km. 12,5 Medan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, perusahaan ini menghadapi masalah yang dapat diruniuskan sebagai berikut : "Bauran Pemasaran yang diterapkan perusahaan kurang efektif, sehingga target volume penjualan tidak dapat tercapai dan pengawasan atas persediaan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan masih lemah sehingga mengganggu operasi perusahaan." Sebagai jawaban sementara atas masalah tersebut adalah terdapat pengaruh sangat kuat kepada penelitian pasar sehingga target penjualan tidak terlalu besar dan tidak terlalu kecil. PT. Ganda Saribu Utama Medan is a business entity operating in the industrial sector which is located on Jalan Raya Medan-Binjai Km. 12.5 Terrain. Based on research conducted by the author, this company is facing problems that can be summarized as follows: "The marketing mix implemented by the company is less effective, so that the sales volume target cannot be achieved and supervision over the inventory owned by the company is still weak, thus disrupting the company's operations." As a temporary answer to this problem, there is a very strong influence on market research so that the sales target is neither too big nor too small. | en_US |
