Abstract: | PT. Universal Indofood Product Medan yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang makanan biscuit, dimana dalam hal ini sangat berperan dalam mengembangkan,meningkatkan kualitas dan mengkoordinasi setiap unsur serta instansi, inilah aktifitas para karyawan diharapkan mampu berperan dalam mewujudkan suatu pola serta mampu mengatasi segala permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja. Namun ternyata masih cukup banyak terjadi kesenjangan yang kurang sesuai dengan idealisme, masih ada beberapa kelemahan yang masih ditunjukkan oleh karyawan/pegawai dimana mereka kurang termotivasi dengan pekerjaannya. Ada yang tidak tepat waktu saat masuk kantor, menunda tugas kantor, kurang disiplin waktu dan tidak bisa memanfaatkan sarana kantor dengan baik. Banyak faktor yang menjadikan suatu instansi berupaya keras memberikan solusi dari kekurangan yang ada. Salah satunya dengan seringnya mengadakan komunikasi yang efektif, memotivasi pegawai untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang di hadapi selama ini. Sugiono (2012:72) bahwa "Populasi merilpakan seluruh objek penelitian atau seluruh unit analisis dalam suatu penelitian yang terdiri dari objek/subjek". Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan karyawan operasional PT. Universal Indofood Product Medan sebanyak 120 orang. sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari beberapa variabel bahwa : Variabel Pengawasan kerja diperoleh nilai thitung> t1abet (7,420 > 2,042) sehingga dapat disimpulkan Pengawasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Universal lndofood Product Medan. Variabel Disiplin kerja diperoleh nilai thitung> t1abel (2,100 > 2,042) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Pada PT. Universal Indofood Product Medan. PT. Universal Indofood Product Medan which is one a company operating in the biscuit food sector, which in this case is very plays a role in developing, improving quality and coordinating every element and agency, these are the activities that employees are expected to be able to do plays a role in realizing a pattern and is able to overcome everything problems related to job satisfaction. But apparently still There are quite a lot of gaps that are not in line with idealism, still there are several weaknesses that are still shown by employees/employees where they are less motivated by their work. Something is not on time entering the office, postponing office tasks, lack of time discipline and not being able to make good use of office facilities. Many factors make something happen The agency is working hard to provide solutions to existing deficiencies. Wrong one way is by frequently holding effective, motivating communication employees to find out the problems they have been facing so far. Sugiono (2012:72) states that "Population is the entire object of research or all units of analysis in a study consisting of objects/subjects". The population in this study used operational employees of PT. Universal Indofood Product Medan as many as 120 people. The sample size for this research is: 35 people. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, we can It can be concluded from several variables that: Work Supervision Variable The value obtained is tcount> t1abet (7.420> 2.042) so that it can be concluded Work supervision influences employee work productivity at PT. Universal Indofood Product Medan. The work discipline variable obtained a value of t> t1able (2.100 > 2.042) so it can be concluded that work discipline influence on employee work productivity.
