Abstract: Kesimpulan 1. Conclusion 1. Initially the Provincial Public Works Department of Roads and Bridges North Sumatra was founded in Medan in 1945 under the name Resot Public Works of Roads and Bridges, North Sumatra Province. Year 1956 the name was changed to the Department of Road and Public Works North Sumatra Province Bridge in accordance with PP No.015NI/1956 June 8, 1956 and then in 1972 it was changed again the name becomes the Medan City Section Public Works Department accordingly with_PP No.126/III/1972 dated 23 March 1972 and has now been changed back to the Department of Public Works, Roads and Bridges North Sumatra Province. 2. From the calculation results, tcount = 6.623, while the t1table value is at n-2 (72 - 2) namely 70 is at a significant level of 5% (0.05), and if t count > t1table then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, then from the calculation above t1table of 1.98, it can be seen that t count > tiabel is 6.623 > 1.98, then there is an influence between the implementation of the organizing function on employee work performance at SNVT Road Construction and Medan Metropolitan Bridge. 3. Thus it can be seen that the percentage of influence between the independent variable (x) is the organizing function with the dependent variable (y) namely the work performance of employees at the Medan Metropolitan Road and Bridge Construction SNVT which is 38.5% while 61.5% is influenced by other factors.
