Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh audit SDM terhadap motivasi pada Kantor Search And Rescue Medan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh audit ketaatan manajerial terhadap motivasi pada Kantor Search And Rescue Medan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh audit startegi perusahaan terhadap motivasi pada Kantor Search And Rescue Medan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pada Kantor Search And Rescue Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di Kantor Search And Rescue Medan yang berjumlah 116 orang. Jadi, dalam penelitian ini ukuran sampel sebanyak 30 orang responden dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan perhitungan melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Audit SOM berfungsi sebagai umpan balik bagi manajerial perusahaan serta dapat melihat saling hubungan antara berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan karyawan dalam perusahaan dan karyawan akan mampu meningkatkan kinerjanya jika program motivasi dijalankan dengan baik. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of HR audits regarding motivation at the Medan Search and Rescue Office, to find out The influence of managerial obedience audits on motivation in the Search And Office Rescue Medan, to find out the effect of the company's strategy audit on motivation at the Medan Search and Rescue Office and to find out The influence of motivation on performance at the Medan Search and Rescue Office. This type of research is associative. The population in this study is all 116 employees at the Medan Search and Rescue Office person. So, in this study the sample size was 30 respondents used as a sample in this research. Data collection techniques use questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path analysis (Path Analysis) with the help of calculations via the SPSS program. Results research shows that the SOM Audit functions as feedback for company managers and can see the interrelationships between various activities carried out by employees within the company and employees will can improve their performance if the motivation program is carried out well. |
