Peranan Sistem Informasi Manajemen dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Pasar Medan

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen dirancang untuk menyediakan informasi yang berorientasi kepada keputusan yang dipergunakan guna merencanakan, mengawasi dan menilai aktivitas organisasi. Efektivitas ketja merupakan pencapaian sasaran menurut perhitungan terbaik mengenai suasana dan kemungkinan laba. Permasalahan yang ada pada PD. Pasar Kota Medan adalah Apakah Sistem Infonnasi Manajemen mempunyai hubungan terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Pasar Kota Medan. Dari hasil pengujian regresi yang dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk meramalkan tingkat hubungan kedua variabel itu dalam hal ini peneliti menemukan nilai besarnya regresi yang ada adalah Y = 0,85 + 0,97 X ini memberikan suatu penilaian bagi perusahaan untuk dapat meralkan besarnya nilai variabel yang diteliti. Untuk megetahui nilai dari besarnya hubugan variabel yang diteliti dalam hal ini besarnya nilai digunakan uji determinan dan setelah dilakukan uji determinan dalam hal ini peneliti menemukan besarnya pengaruh antara sistem informasi manajemen terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 66,60 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,40% dipengaruhi oleh variabellain yang dalam hal ini tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.
