dc.description.abstract | Kesimpulan Sesuai drngan urnian pada Bab II dan III serta dari hasil analisis yang telah dikemukakan pada Bab IV, maka penulis dapat menyimpulkan hasil penelitian sebagai beri_kut : 1. PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan dulunya bernama Perusahaan Umum Perum; Pelabuhan 1, didirikan pada tahun l985, dan pada tahun 1992 tanggal 1 Desember dengan pendirian PT, maka namanya berubah menjadi PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan. 2. Struktur Organisasi PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan berbentuk garis dan staf, dimana tiap-tiap kegiatan dilimpahkan atas bagian-bagian dari tiap-tiap bagian dibagi lagi rnenjadi beberapa sub bagian yang rnenjalankan tugasnya masing-masing sebagairnana yang telah digariskan dalam buku pedoman kerja. 3. PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia l Medan dalam mclaksanakan kegiatannya mempunyai berbagai jasa pelayanan ke pelabuhan terutama dalam pelayanan expor dan impor, pelayanan fasilitas penggunaan pelabuhan yang terdiri dari : gudang, container, angkutan darat dan taut, kapal masuk kapal keluar dan pindah tempat serta jasa lain yang disediakan untuk itu. 4. Strategi pelayanan yang dijalankan dengan mendatangi pengguna jasa pelabuhan, disamping door to door service dengan C.Y. dan Staffing di tempat pengguna jasa. Conclusion In accordance with the requirements in Chapters II and III as well as the results of the analysis that has been carried out stated in Chapter IV, the author can conclude the research results as follows following: 1. PT (Persero) Port Indonesia I Medan was previously called the Public Company Public Housing; Port 1, founded in l985, and in 1992 the 1st December with the establishment of PT, the name changed to PT (Persero) Indonesian Harbor I Medan. 2. The organizational structure of PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan is in the form of a line and staff, where each activity is delegated to parts of each section divided into several sub-sections which carry out their respective duties as outlined in the work manual. 3. PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia l Medan in carrying out its activities has various services to ports, especially in export services and imports, port use facility services consisting of: warehouse, containers, land and sea transportation, ships entering, ships leaving and moving places as well other services provided for it. 4. Service strategy implemented by visiting port service users, besides door to door service with C.Y. and Staffing at the service user's location. | en_US |
