dc.description.abstractTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi pembuatan Kartu Tanda Penduduk, Kartu Keluarga dan Akte Kelahiran Di Kantor Lurah Sunggal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatifkuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang membuat Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Kartu Keluarga (KK), dan Akta Kelahiran di Kantor Lurah Sunggal selama 1 bulan penelitian. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sampling Insidental. Berdasarkan perhitungan dari rumus slovin maka responden yang di peroleh dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang responden. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of perception community regarding the quality of administration services for making ID Cards Resident, Family Card and Birth Certificate at the Sunggal Village Head Office. This type of research is associative quantitative. Population in this study are people who make Identity Cards (KTP), Family Cards (KK), and Birth Certificate at the Sunggal Village Head Office during 1 month of research. The sample determination method used in this research is sampling Incidental. Based on calculations from the Slovin formula, the respondents were obtained in this study were 100 respondents.en_US
