dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. International Cargo Surveyor Medan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. International Cargo Surveyor Medan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. International Cargo Surveyor Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the environment work on employee performance at PT. International Cargo Surveyor Medan, to determine the effect of employee development on performance employees at PT. International Cargo Surveyor Medan and to find out the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. International Cargo Terrain Surveyor. This type of research is associative research.en_US
