Abstract: Penelitian mengenai respon pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.) terhadap pemberian ekoenzim dan pupuk kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit yang dilaksanakan di kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area, Jl. Kolam No 1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan Ketinggian 22 (mdpl) mulai bulan November sampai bulan Januari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.) terhadap pemberian ekoenzim dan pupuk kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit . Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan RAK Faktorial terdiri dari dua Faktor yaitu Faktor I : Pemberian Ekoenzim dengan persentase: E0 = Tanpa Ekoenzim (0ml/plot), E1 = Ekoenzim (5ml/plot) dan E2 = Ekoenzim (10ml/plot). Faktor II : Perlakuan Pupuk Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu ; K0 = 0 ton/ha, K1 = 30 ton/ha (3 kg/plot), dan K2 = 40 ton/ha (4 kg/plot). Parameter yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah cabang, jumlah daun (helai), umur berbunga (hst), berat polong per sampel (g) dan berat polong per plot (g). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekoenzim berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman (cm) pada umur 3 MST sampai 5 MST, yaitu E1 = ekoenzim 5ml/plot , berpengaruh nyata terhadap penambahan jumlah cabang dengan perlakuan terbaik yaitu E1= pemberiaan ekoenzim 5ml/plot,. Pemberian TKKS berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dengan perlakuan terbaik yaitu K1 = perlakuan TKKS 30 ton/ha,. Interaksi perlakuan pemberian ekoenzim dan TKKS berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm²), berat polong per sampel (g) berat polong per plot (g). Research on the response of growth and production of mung beans (Vigna radiata L.) to the application of ecoenzyme and compost of oil palm empty fruit bunches carried out in the Experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Medan Area University, Jl. Kolam No. 1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District with an altitude of 22 (mdpl) from November to January. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of growth and production of green beans (Vigna radiata L.) to the application of ecoenzymes and compost fertilizer of oil palm empty fruit bunches. This research was conducted using RAK Factorial consisting of two factors, namely Factor I: Provision of Ekoenzim with percentage: E0 = Without Ekoenzim (0ml/plot), E1 = Ekoenzim (5ml/plot) and E2 = Ekoenzim (10ml/plot). Factor II: Treatment of Oil Palm Empty Bunch Fertilizer consists of 3 levels namely; K0 = 0 ton/ha, K1 = 30 ton/ha (3 kg/plot), and K2 = 40 ton/ha (4 kg/plot). The parameters observed in this study were plant height (cm), number of branches, number of leaves (strands), flowering age (hst), pod weight per sample (g) and pod weight per plot (g). The results showed that the provision of ecoenzyme had a very significant effect on plant height (cm) at the age of 3 MST to 5 MST, namely E1 = 5ml/plot ecoenzyme, significantly influenced the addition of the number of branches with the best treatment, namely E1 = 5ml/plot ecoenzyme. The provision of TKKS has a very significant effect on plant height with the best treatment, namely K1 = 30 tons/ha TKKS treatment. The interaction of ecoenzyme and TKKS treatment had no significant effect on plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm²), pod weight per sample (g), pod weight per plot (g).
