dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dimensi dan komponen ruang expansi, perubahan volume sebagai fungsi sudut engkol, temperatur expansi, dan tekanan udara. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Flowtech meter, pipa stik gas, timbangan digital, burner, displacer, stopwatch, thermowell, thermometer controller, thermometer digital, thermocouple. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara ekspemerintal yaitu untuk mengetahui temperatur pada displacer, tekanan udara, volume expansi dan volume Langkah ekspansi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari perancangan mesin stirling menunjukkan bahwa Temperatur pada bagian displacer mencapai maksimum 351,3 ℃ pada menit ke-30 dan temperatur displacer rata-rata mencapai 255,7 ℃. Pada pengujian perubahan volume ruang expansi pada sudut engkol 360°. Pada maksimum 59,9 CC pada sudut engkol ke 0°, pada volume expansi minimum 57,8 CC pada sudut engkol ke 355° dan rata rata pada volume expansi berkisar 58,8 CC. The purpose of this research is to determine the dimensions and components of the expansion space, changes in volume as a function of crank angle, expansion temperature, and air pressure. The measurement tools used in this research are Flowtech meter, gas stick pipe, digital scale, burner, displacer, stopwatch, thermowell, thermometer controller, digital thermometer, and thermocouple. This research was conducted experimentally to determine the temperature in the displacer, air pressure, expansion volume, and expansion step volume. The results obtained from the Stirling engine design show that the temperature at the displacer reaches a maximum of 351.3 ℃ at the 30th minute, and the average displacer temperature is 255.7 ℃. During the testing, the change in expansion space volume at a crank angle of 360° reached a maximum of 59,9 CC at 0° crank angle, a minimum of 57,8 CC at 355° crank angle, and an average of approximately 58,8 CC for the expansion volume. | en_US |
