dc.description.abstract | Creative Hub adalah wadah untuk para pelaku Industri Kreatif untuk berkarya, berperan sebagai tempat pertemuan, pengembangan bisnis, penyedian ruang dan dukungan memperluas jaringan, serta pengembangan bisnis dalam sektor kreatif. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Medan 70% dari 2.279.894 jiwa penduduk Kota Medan merupakan mereka yang berusia produktif serta 63,49% dari 401.105 jumlah usaha ekonomi kreatif yang ada di Sumatera Utara berasal dari Kota Medan. Terdapat 17 subsektor ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia yang akan diwadahi yaitu pengembangan permainan, arsitektur, desain interior, musik, seni rupa, desain produk, fesyen, kuliner, film animasi dan video, fotografi, desain komunikasi visual, televisi dan radio, kriya, periklanan, seni pertunjukan, penerbitan, dan aplikasi . Hal ini diharapkan membawa industri kreatif kota Medan untuk mampu memberikan nilai kontribusi yang lebih besar pada ekonomi kreatif Indonesia. Bangunan dirancang menggunakan tema Arsitektur Kontemporer yang berdasarkan gaya desain kontemporer yang selalu berkembang mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Hal ini mencerminkan daya kreatifitas manusia yang tidak ada batasnya dan akan terus berkembang. Creative Hub is a forum for Creative Industry players to work, acting as a meeting place, business development. Providing space and support to expand networks, as well as business development in the creative sector. According to the Medan City Central Statistics Agency, 70 % of the 2.279.894 residents of Medan City are those of productive age and 63,49% of the 401,105 creative economy business in North Sumatera come from Medan City. There are 17 sub-sectors of the creative economy in the Indonesia that will be accomodated, namely game development, architecture, interior design, music, fine arts, product design, fashion, culinary, animated films and videos, photography, visual comunication design, television and radio, crafts, advertising, performing arts, publishing, and applications. This is expected to bring the creative industry of the city of Medan to be able to provide greater contribution value to Indonesia’s creative economy. The building was designed using a Contemporery Architecture theme which is based on a contemporery design style which is always evolving with the times. This reflects the power of human creativity which has no limits and will continue to develop. | en_US |
