dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini ialah mendapat data hasil uji kekuatan lentur bahan komposit laminat jute dan e-glass, menghitung nilai rata-rata dan signal to noise (SNR) dari data hasil uji, dan mendapatkan komposisi optimum terhadap kekuatan lentur terbaik dangan metode ANOVA. Komposit laminat terbuat dari lapisan lembaran jut (J) dan e-glass (G) anyaman yang terdiri dari 9 variasi , yaitu J90.2, J90.3, J90.4, J45.2, J45.3, J45.4, dan G90.2, G90.3, G90.4. Berdasarkan analisi ANOVA degan persentase error 14,75 diperoleh F hitung > F sehingga menjawab hipotesa bahwa perlakuan serat mempernggaruhi sifat mekanik kekuatan lentur F = 2,5102. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode ANOVA dapat memudahkan analisa dengan resiko kesalan terkecil, mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan rata-rata antara kelompok sampel yang satu dengan yang lain. Composite materials have experienced quite rapid development as new alternative materials to replace metal materials. The structure of the jute laminate is the main structure of an object and will experience a decrease in its mechanical strength over time. In this study, laminated composite materials from woven jute fabrics will be used as reinforcement for the material structure. The purpose of this study was to obtain a graph of the results of the flexural test of laminated jute and e-glass hybrid composite materials, analysis of data distribution with the probability density function, analysis of the flexural strength of laminated jute eglass hybrid composite materials. Composite laminate is made of layers of woven jute (J) and e-glass (G) sheets consisting of 9 variations, namely J90.2, J90.3, J90.4, J45.2, J45.3, J45.4, and G90.2, G90.3, G90.4. The flexural test specimens are formed according to ASTM D790 test standard. Flexure testing used a Universal Testing Machine (UTM) with a capacity of 40 kN. The results of the study show that the application of layers of laminated jute and e-glass causes an increase in the flexural strength of the specimen up to 77%. Thus, the provision of laminated composite materials from jute and e-glass has the potential to be further developed to produce even better mechanical properties.en_US
