Title: Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Kotoran Kambing dan Biochar Cangkang Kemiri terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.)
Other Titles: This research aims to determine the description of gadget addiction in teenagers in class XI MAN 2 Model Medan. The type of research used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The samples taken in this study were 38 teenagers from a total population of 64 teenagers. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale model using a gadget addiction scale. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the aspect of activity disruption is 18%, the aspect of avoiding social activities is 17%, the aspect of self-isolation is 19%, the aspect of relationships with social networks is 24% and the aspect of excessive users is 22%. Based on the analysis above, it is known that the relationship aspect with social networks is greater than the others. Therefore, gadget addiction in MAN 2 Model Medan is seen from the aspect of social network relationships which is very influential.

Abstract: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Nagori Bunga Sampang, Kecamatan Purba, Kabupaten Simalungun, Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan ketinggian tempat kira-kira 1400 mdpl. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2022 sampai Januari 2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial, dengan 2 faktor perlakuan, yaitu : 1) faktor perlakuan pemberian pupuk kotoran kambing (K) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu: K1=1,5 kg/plot ; K2= kg/plot ; K3=2,5 kg/plot ; K4=3 kg/plot ; 2) faktor pemberian biochar cangkang kemiri (B) dengan 4 taraf yaitu : B0= tanpa pemberian biochar cangkang kemiri (kontrol) ; B1= 1 kg/plot ; B2= 2kg/plot ; B3= 3 kg/plot , masing masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali sehingga terdapat 48 plot percobaan terdiri dari 20 tanaman dengan 4 tanaman sampel.Parameter yang diamati yaitu : Tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun tanaman, bobot basah umbi per tanaman sampel, bobot basah umbi per plot, bobot kering umbi per tanaman sampel, bobot kering umbi per plot. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Pemberian pupuk kotoran kambing berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah umbi per tanaman sampel, bobot basah umbi per plot, dan bobot kering umbi per tanaman sampel. Tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot kering umbi per plot tanaman bawang merah ; 2) Pemberian biochar cangkang kemiri berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun pada umur 2,3,5,6,7 MST, bobot basah umbi per tanaman sampel, bobot basah umbi per plot, bobot kering umbi per tanaman sampel, bobot kering umbi per plot. 3) Kombinasi perlakuan antara pupuk kotoran kambing dan biochar cangkang kemiri bepengaruh tidak nyata terhadap seluruh parameter pengamatan pertumbuhan tanaman bawang merah. This research was conducted in the village of Nagori Bunga Sampang, Purba District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province with an altitude of approximately 1400 meters above sea level. The research was conducted from October 2022 to January 2023. The method used in this study was a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), with 2 treatment factors, namely: 1) the treatment factor for giving goat manure (K) consisting of 4 levels, namely: K1 = 1.5 kg/plot ; K2 = kg/plot ; K3=2.5 kg/plot ; K4=3 kg/plot ; 2) the factor of giving candlenut shell biochar (B) with 4 levels, namely: B0 = without giving candlenut shell biochar (control); B1 = 1 kg/plot ; B2= 2kg/plot ; B3 = 3 kg/plot, each treatment was repeated 3 (three) times so that there were 48 experimental plots consisting of 20 plants with 4 sample plants. Parameters observed were: plant height, number of plant leaves, tuber wet weight per sample plant, tuber wet weight per plot, tuber dry weight per sample plant, tuber dry weight per plot. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Application of goat manure had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, tuber wet weight per sample plant, tuber wet weight per plot, and tuber dry weight per sample plant. However, it had a significant effect on the dry weight of tubers per shallot plant plot; 2) Application of candlenut shell biochar had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves at the age of 2,3,5,6,7 WAP, tuber wet weight per sample plant, tuber wet weight per plot, tuber dry weight per sample plant, dry weight tubers per plot. 3) The combination of treatment between goat manure and candlenut shell biochar had no significant effect on all parameters of shallot plant growth observations.
