dc.description.abstractTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi pengetahuan secara parsial terhadap penggunaan layanan digital perbankan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kepercayaan secara parsial terhadap penggunaan layanan digital, untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi produk secara parsial terhadap penggunaan layanan digital dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi pengetahuan, persepsi kepercayaan dan persepsi produk secara simultan terhadap penggunaan layanan digital perbankan masyarakat di Kecamatan Medan Helvetia Kelurahan Cinta Damai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang menggunakan layanan digital perbankan BRI di Kecamatan Medan Helvetia Kelurahan Cinta Damai sebanyak 20.130. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 masyarakat yang diambil dengan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi pengetahuan terhadap layanan digital perbankan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi kepercayaan terhadap layanan digital perbankan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi produk terhadap layanan digital perbankan dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan, kepercayaan dan produk terhadap layanan digital perbankan pada Kecamatan Medan Helvetia Kelurahan Cinta Damai. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of partially perceived knowledge on the use of digital banking services, to determine the effect of partially perceived trust on the use of digital services, to determine the effect of partially perceived product on the use of digital services and to determine the effect of perceived knowledge, perceived trust and product perceptions simultaneously on the use of community digital banking services in Medan Helvetia District, Cinta Damai Village. The population in this study is people who use BRI digital banking services in Medan Helvetia District, Cinta Damai Village, with a total of 20,130. The sample in the study was 100 people who were taken using the slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on perceptions of knowledge on digital banking services, there was a positive and significant influence on perceptions of trust on digital banking services, there was a positive and significant influence on perceptions of products on digital banking services and simultaneously there was an influence on knowledge, trust and products on digital banking services in Medan Helvetia District, Cinta Damai Village.en_US
