dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui hubungan self efficacy dengan work engagement pada perawat di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan. peneliti menetapkan jumlah responden 75 perawat dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data pada skala self efficacy dan skala work engagement menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisi data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil analisi dengan metode analisi Korelasi r Product moment diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,665 dengan p = 0,183 > 0,05. Artinya ada hubungan antara self efficacy dengan work engagement . Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima hal tersebut didapati dari hasil mean hipotetik dan empirik bahwa perawat di RSUD Dr Pirngadi kota medan memiliki work engagement yang tergolong rendah dengan nilai empirik 30,37 lebih kecil dari nilai hipotetik yaitu 40 serta self efficacy yang dimiliki perawat juga rendah dengan nilai 35.00 lebih kecil dari nilai hipotetik yaitu 40. This research aimed to empirically test and determine the correlation between se/fefficacy and work engagement among nurses at Dr. Pirngadi Regional Hospital of Medan City. The researcher determined the number of respondents to be 75 nurses by using a quota sampling technique. The research method used was the quantitative method. Data collection on the self-efficacy and work engagement scales used a liker/ scale. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation technique. The results using the r Product Moment correlation analysis method obtained a correlation value of 0.665, with p = 0.183 > 0. 05. This meant that there was a correlation between self efficacy and work engagement. It could be concluded that the proposed hypothesis was accepted. This was formdfrom the results of the hypothetical and empirical mean that nurses at Dr. Pirngadi Regional Hospital of Medan City had relatively low work engagement with an empirical value of 30.37, which was lower than the hypothetical value of 40 and the nurses' se/fefficacy was also low, with a value of 35.00, which was lower than the hypothetical value of 40.en_US
