Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dengan perilaku inovatif karyawan di Stasiun Klimatologi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 37 karyawan dengan teknik samplingnya adalah total sampling. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dengan perilaku inovatif karyawan di Stasiun Klimatologi Sumatera Utara. Dengan asumsi semakin tinggi gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku inovatif yang dimunculkan, demikian juga sebaliknya. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,695 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dengan perilaku inovatif. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis diterima. This research aimed to determine the correlation between participative leadership style and employee innovative behavior at the North Sumatra Climatology Station. This study used a quantitative approach. The sample used was 37 employees with the sampling technique was total sampling. The hypothesis proposed was that there is a positive correlation between participative leadership style and employee innovative behavior at the North Sumatra Climatology Station. It was assumed that the higher the participative leadership style, the higher the innovative behavior emerges, and vice versa. The data analysis method uses the Product Moment correlation technique. Based on the data analysis conducted, a correlation value of 0.695 was obtained with p = 0.000 < 0.05. This meant that there was a con•e/atio11 between participative leadership style and innovative behavior. Therefore, the hypothesis was accepted. |
