Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian penghargaan (reward) dengan motivasi belajar siswa SMA Roma Katolik (RK) Deli Murni Delitua tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Motivasi belajar adalah dorongan internal dan eksternal pada siswa-siswi yang sedang belajar untuk mengadakan perubahan tingkah laku siswa. Hasil perhitungan korelasi r product moment person, dimana rxy = 0,556 dengan signifikansi p = 0.000 < 0.050. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan semakin tinggi pemberian reward maka semakin tinggi motivasi belajar dinyatakan diterima. Mean hipotetik dari variabel pemberian reward adalah 70 sedangkan mean hipotetik dari variable motivasi belajar adalah 82,5 Mean empiric dari variable pemberian reward adalah 80,09 dan mean empiric pada variable motivasi belajar adalah 100,97. Oleh karena itu, maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis pada penelitian ini dapat diterima. This research aims to determine the relationship between giving awards (rewards) with the learning motivation of Deli Murni Delitua Roman Catholic High School (RK) students in the academic year 2023/2024. Learning motivation is an internal and external drive for students who are learning to make changes in student behavior. The calculation results r product moment person correlation, where rxy = 0.556 with significance p = 0.000 < 0.050. This means that the hypothesis proposed is that the higher the reward, the more high learning motivation is declared acceptable. Hypothetical mean of the giving variable reward is 70 while the hypothetical mean of the learning motivation variable is 82.5 The empirical mean of the reward variable is 80.09 and the empirical mean is at the learning motivation variable is 100.97. Therefore, it can be concluded the hypothesis in this study can be accepted.
