dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui perbedaan komitmen organisasi pengurus ditinjau dari jenis kelamin pada Gerakan Mahasiswa Kristen Indonesia (GMKI) Cabang Medan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan komitmen organisasi antara pengurus jenis kelamin perempuan dengan pengurus jenis kelamin laki-laki. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala model likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 135 orang. Analisis data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai sig sebesar p = 0,002 dengan (p < 0,05 ), artinya terdapat perbedaan komitmen organisasi pada pengurus Gerakan Mahasiswa Kristen Indonesia (GMKI) Cabang Medan. Pengurus Perempuan memiliki rata-rata empiric (62,15) dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik (50) dan pengurus laki-laki memiliki nilai rata-rata empiric (58,82) dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik (50). Dengan hasil tersebut, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini berbunyi perbedaan komitmen organisasi ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, dinyatakan diterima. This research aims to determine the differences in organizational commitment of administrators in terms of gender in the Medan Branch of the Indonesian Christian Student Movement (GMKI). The hypothesis in this research is that there is a difference in organizational commitment between female administrators and male administrators. The type of research used is quantitative research, with data collection techniques using a Likert model scale. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample size of 135 people. Analysis of this research data using the Independent Sample T-Test. The results of this research show a sig value of p = 0.002 with (p < 0.05), meaning that there are differences in organizational commitment among the management of the Medan Branch of the Indonesian Christian Student Movement (GMKI). Female administrators have an empirical average (62.15) with a hypothetical average value (50) and male administrators have an empirical average value (58.82) with a hypothetical average value (50). With these results, the hypothesis in this study states that differences in organizational commitment in terms of gender are declared acceptable. | en_US |
