dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat gambaran kualitas kehidupan kerja pada karyawan tanaman di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional I. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 53 orang karyawan Tanaman PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional I Kebun Bandar Klippa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu total sampling. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan skala kualitas kehidupan kerja yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Cascio (dalam Soetjipto, 2017). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariate untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas dari kualitas kehidupan kerja di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional I. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi aspek pengembangan karir yakni sebesar 20.545 %, berikutnya adalah kontribusi kompensasi yang layak sebesar 15.435% dan yang terendah adalah kesehatan kerja yakni sebesar 3.851% sehingga kualitas kehidupan kerja di bagian kompensasi yang layak dan pengembangan karir di kategorikan sedang. This research was conducted to see a picture of the quality of work life of plant employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional I. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample from this research was 53 Plant employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional I Kebun Bandar Klippa. The sampling technique in this research uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely total sampling. The measuring tool for this research uses a quality of work life scale which is prepared based on the aspects proposed by Cascio (in Soetjipto, 2017). The data analysis used is univariate analysis to get a clear picture of the quality of work life at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional I. It can be concluded that the contribution of the career development aspect is 20,545%, next is the contribution of adequate compensation of 15,435% and the lowest is occupational health, which is 3,851% so that the quality of work life is in the adequate compensation and career development section. categorized as medium. | en_US |
