Abstract: Sumber daya manusia memiliki peran penting dalam proses kegiatan organisasi. Kemajuan yang telah dan akan terus diraih bersandar pada ketaatan dalam mematahui peraturan untuk meningkatkan professional kerja sebaik mungkin demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Peranan dan kebijakan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Oleh sebabnya, organisasi perlu mengadakan pengawasan dan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja, maka acuan yang digunakan adalah disiplin kerja. Human resources have an important role in the process of organizational activities. The progress that has been and will continue to be achieved relies on compliance in knowing the regulations to improve work professionals as best as possible in order to achieve organizational goals. Organizational roles and policies influence employee performance. Therefore, organizations need to carry out monitoring and evaluation to improve performance, so the reference used is work discipline.
