Abstract: PT. Perkeburum Nusantara lU (Persero) Medan adalah sebuah perusahaan milik Pemerintah atau Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan. Berdasarkan atas penelitian pendahuluan yang dilakukan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantam III (Persero) Medan maka ditemukan masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan yang dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut : Bahwa usaha pendidikan dan latihan yang dilakukan belum optimal, sehingga memberikan pengaruh terhadap ,pelaksanaan produktivitas kerja karyawan belum tercapai sebagaimana yang diharapkan. PT. Perkeburum Nusantara lU (Persero) Medan is a company owned by the Government or State-Owned Enterprise which operates in the plantation sector. Based on preliminary research conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantam III (Persero) Medan, the problems faced by the company were found which can be formulated as follows: That the education and training efforts carried out have not been optimal, so that the impact on the implementation of employee work productivity has not been achieved as expected.
