dc.description.abstract | Kesimpulan 1. PT. BPR Karyabhakti Ugahari Tanjung Morawa melakukan seleksi tenaga kerja melalui beberapa tahap yakni rekrutmen/penerimaan, seleksi dan penempatan posisi jabatan. Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi dapat dilakukan baik internal maupun ekstemal. Tujuan diadakan seleksi tenaga kerja untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Proses tersebut dilakukan untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Jadi, proses seleksi mempunyai peran penting dalam kesuksesan tiap perusahaan perbankan karena dapat menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan untuk terus bertahan, beradaptasi dan berkembang khususnya di tengah persaingan yang ketat. 2. Penempatan tenaga kerja dalam suatu jabatan tertentu yang dilakukan PT. BPR Karyabhakti Ugahari Tanjung Morawa sangat berkaitan erat dengan keahlian yang dimiliki oleh tenaga kerja dan kebutuhan perusahaan. Alasannya dengan keahlian yang dimiliki dapat memudahkan seseorang (tenaga kerja) untuk menjalankan tugasnya dengan efektif dan menuntun organisasi perusahaan menuju pada visi dan misi yang telah dicanangkan sebelumnya. Keputusan-keputusan yang diambilnya tentunya selalu berhubungan dengan kepentingan organisasi dan bukan kepentingan pribadinya. Conclusion 1. PT. BPR Karyabhakti Ugahari Tanjung Morawa carries out staff selection work goes through several stages, namely recruitment/acceptance, selection and position placement. Recruitment and selection processes can be carried out both internal and external. The purpose of employee selection is held to obtain quality human resources in accordance with company needs.
