Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri dan keterikatan kerja pada guru di SMKN 14 Medan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara harga diri dengan keterikatan kerja pada guru. Dengan asumsi bahwa semakin tinggi harga diri maka semakin tinggi juga keterikatan kerja pada guru,sebaliknya juga semakin rendah harga diri maka semakin rendah juga keterikatan kerja pada guru .Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala model likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 98 orang. Berdasarkan analisis data, harga diri berkontribusi terhadap keterikatan kerja sebesar 7,1% dan terdapat 92,9% peran faktor lain terhadap keterikatan kerja. Mean hipotetik dari variabel harga diri adalah 82,5 sedangkan mean hipotetik dari variable keterikatan kerja 77,5. Mean empirik dari variable harga diri adalah 105.2449 dan mean empirik pada variable keterikatan kerja adalah 100.7959. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and attachment works as a teacher at SMKN 14 Medan.
